This design / build project completed in 2005 consisted of pre-engineered and conventional construction. American Buildings Company pre-engineered design was used to construct the 20,000 square foot washbay maintenance shop area. Load bearing masonry walls and structural joists were used to construct the office area.

A construction cost of 2.4 million to build, this building incorporated all of the components Sterling Crane required. Below grade access trenches were constructed to allow staff under the cranes for maintenance. A washbay was built to accommodate Sterling Cranes equipment. David Gilchrist Architect added architectural detail in the office utilizing wood grain features in doors and wainscoting.

Overall a building that stands out for what Dixin Construction Limited does, build to meet its clients requirements in a safe and quality manner.
