Health & Safety Policy
Dixin Construction Limited has an active concern for health and safety where all levels of management are accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. All supervisors and workers are dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing risk of injury.
Each employee is responsible for complying with Health and Safety legislation. Through ongoing training programs and updates, each employee's awareness of potential risks will enable them to work in a manner that safeguards themselves and their coworkers.
It is our belief that every employee is entitled to work in a safe and healthy environment. Our goal is to minimize and eliminate the hazards that cause accidents and injuries. Commitment to health and safety must forms an integral part of Dixin Construction, from the General Manager to the workers.
Our safety goal is to complete all projects with no injuries while promoting a safe and healthy workplace
